催化燃燒式:催化燃燒式傳感器屬於高溫傳感器,催化(huà)元件的檢測元件是在鉑絲(sī)線(xiàn)圈(φ0.025~φ0.05)上包以氧化鋁和粘合劑形成球狀,經燒結而成,其外表麵敷有鉑、鈀等稀有金屬的催(cuī)化層,對(duì)鉑絲通以電流,使(shǐ)檢測元件保持高溫(300~400℃),此時若與可燃氣體接觸(chù)如甲烷氣體,甲烷就會在催化劑層上燃燒,燃燒的實質是元件表麵吸附的甲烷與吸附(fù)的氧離子之間(jiān)的反應,反應(yīng)完成後生成CO2和H2O解析,而氣相中的氧由被元件吸附並解離,重新補充元件表麵上的氧(yǎng)離子。利用元件(jiàn)測量甲(jiǎ)烷式基於在其表麵測量(liàng)甲烷燃燒反應放出的(de)熱量的原理,即燃燒使鉑絲線圈的溫度升高,線圈的電阻值就上升(shēng),測量鉑(bó)絲電(diàn)阻值(zhí)變化的大小就可以知道可燃氣體(tǐ)的濃度。
紅外式:由不同原子構成的分子會有的(de)振動(dòng)、轉動頻率,當其(qí)受(shòu)到相同頻率的紅外線照(zhào)射時,就會發生紅外吸收,從而引起紅外光強的變化,通過測量紅外線強度的變化就可以測(cè)得氣體濃度。
